Fee & Refund Policy

At Santraj Sanjay Mahavidyalaya, we aim to provide clear and transparent information regarding our fee structure, payment procedures, and refund policies. This ensures that students and parents have a smooth and hassle-free experience throughout their academic journey.

Fee Structure

The fee structure for all programs at the college is determined by the Governing Body in accordance with the regulations set by the Prof.Rajendra Singh (Rajju Bhaiya) University and other concerned educational authorities.

Fee Payment

• Mode of Payment: Fees can be paid through online banking, debit/credit cards, or directly at the college office (cash or cheque).
• Installment Option: For some programs, fees can be paid in two installments (semester-wise). Please refer to the college office for further details.
• Late Payment: A fine of ₹100 per day will be charged for fees paid after the deadline.
• Refundable Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit amount will be collected at the time of admission. This will be refunded at the end of the course, subject to deductions (if any).

Refund Policy

• Cancellation before the Commencement of Classes.
• Cancellation after the Commencement of Classes.
• Refund on Withdrawal Due to Medical Reasons.
• Refundable Security Deposit (if any).
• Non-Refundable Fees - Application fee, registration fee, examination fee, and library fee are non-refundable.
